Irina graduated cum laude from the University of Brescia and is a qualifying lawyer, specialized in the law of technology and digital innovation. As a member of the National PhD in AI, she joined the Lider-Lab at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, where she researches comparative data protection law and the legal and ethical implications of applying AI to the judicial decision-making process.
